Instructions for conference registration:
1. Each paper will require one ADVANCE REGISTRATION by 10 October, 2019. Please note that if your full payment is not received by that date, your paper will not be inclued in the IEEE / Springer LNCS proceedings. This deadline will be strictly enforced.
2. For paper co-authors (with one advance registration already), and general participants, only a BASIC REGISTRATION is required.
