• You are most welcome to submit your papers starting from this moment.

August 25, 1999:

• Submissions have started coming in.

October 21, 1999:

• Submitted article length changed to EIGHT (8) pages.
• LaTeX formatting files ready for downloading.

October 30, 1999:

• Submission Deadline Extended to November 10, 1999!!!

  November 10, 1999:

• Today is Submission Deadline and we are still receiving papers!
• Paper submission has been quite responsive.
• Invited Talks are being arranged. We hope to have an interesting program for DSVV'2000 participants!

  November 15, 1999:

• All submissions have been assigned to the members of the Program Committee.

  December 7, 1999:

• Due to the extension of submission deadline, our review process began a few days later than scheduled and hence the final decisions have not yet been made. Authors will be notified of the review results latest by December 10.

  December 10, 1999:

• All authors notified of the final accept/reject decisions made by the program commitee.
• Totally, 12 papers were accepted as regular (which is a low 40% acceptance rate), 4 papers accepted as short, and the remaining 14 papers rejected.
• Due to the one-day workshop schedule, some good papers had to be rejected from the 30 submitted.
• Camera ready versions are due on February 1, 2000. Authors of accepted papers will be notified before that about the page-limit and other related details.

  December 31, 1999:

• Workshop Venue: The Grand Hotel, Taipei, Taiwan, ROC.

  January 4, 2000:

• Author Kit Notification:
  All DSVV'2000 authors notified about the preparation of final camera-ready versions for their papers. Camera-ready versions are due on February 1, 2000. Those authors who have not yet received the author kit, please write to me immediately at pahsiung@cs.ccu.edu.tw.
• DSVV'2000 authors and participants are required to register for the full ICDCS'2000 conference/workshops.
  Workshops are to be held on April 10, 2000.
  ICDCS Main Program is from April 11, 2000 to April 13, 2000.
