Authors please submit extended abstracts, not exceeding 10 double-space pages, by e-mail in PostScript format, to
cthpc99@cs.ccu.edu.tw. The PostScript file must be viewable using “ghostview”, and can be printed on 8.5"x11" papers. The submission should also include the following header information in ASCII form: title, author name(s), corresponding author, postal address, e-mail address, telphone and fax numbers.
