I
obtained my Ph.D. degree in May of 2003 under supervision of Dr. Matt W. Mutka I was a
member of eLANS (Experimental
Laboratory for Advanced Networks and Systems) research group. My
thesis work is ``ASAP
for Developing Adaptive Software within Dynamic Heterogeneous
Environments'' that falls in the general fields of distributed and
mobile computing.

I have also worked on the pavement
design software, MFPDS (1997-2000), supervised by Dr.Ron Harichandran, Department of Civil and
Environmental Engineering. The project was sponsored by Michigan Department of
