Leading a section with 11 engineers to develop H.32x standard compliant video CPE (videophone, and video conference terminal) and server system (MCU, gateway, gatekeeper).

Served as a video software engineer to develop CCL video CPE related projects and a coordinator handling international collaborations in the department.

 Led a 12-people team to develop SDH Fiber Optics Loop Access System.

Served as system architect and led a 6-people hardware team to develop the hardware platform of Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) Add/Drop Multiplexer.

Responsible for hardware circuit design of the Synchronous Optical NETwork (SONET) OC-3 (155.52 Mb/s) Terminal Multiplexer.
