Ø The topics in this course:

o Matrices and Systems of Equations

o Determinants

o Vector Spaces

o Linear Transformations

o Orthogonality

o Eigenvalues

o Numerical Linear Algebra (Optional)

Ø Grading:

o Quiz (about 3 quizzes: Chaps. 1, 3, and 5) & Computer Assignments (if any): 30~40%

o 2 midterms and 1 final (every two chapters): 60~70%

o attendance adjustment (ÂI¦W½Õ¤À): -5%~+5%

p.s. §@¹ú (including §@·~§Ûŧ&ÂI¦W¥Nñ) will lead to a final grade of ¡§0¡¨ point (not negotiable)
